Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Infraio (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Infraio provides an AI-first infrastructure memory and management platform, including web-based SSH terminals, AI-powered assistance, infrastructure memory, runbook automation, session recording, and audit trail capabilities.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws
  • The security of your infrastructure and the Infraio agent installations
  • Appropriate use of AI-generated commands and runbooks

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including terminal session data, SSH keys, and infrastructure configurations. Infraio stores and processes this data solely to provide and improve the Service for your organization.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may upgrade at any time (with prorated charges) or downgrade at the end of your current billing period. The Free plan is available at no cost with usage limitations as described on our pricing page.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to engage in illegal activities, attempt to gain unauthorized access to infrastructure you do not own or have permission to manage, or to circumvent security controls including AI risk-gating features.

7. Limitation of Liability

Infraio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from AI-generated commands or automated runbook executions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained according to your plan's retention policy, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may request immediate data deletion by contacting [email protected].
